Terms and Conditions of Booking

The fee for these courses cover all written materials and refreshments. A VAT invoice and joining instructions will be sent to you to acknowledge your booking.

One of our agents will call you to arrange your dates, based on the planner that is available. Dates may be able to be changed to suit.

Cancellations must be in writing and will incur an administration charge as follows:
1 - 10 days before: 100% of fee
11 or more days before: 50% of fee
Substitute delegates can be made at no cost. Transfers to other booking dates are subject to availability.

Aid Safe Solutions reserves the right to amend the content and timing of the programme, the trainer, the date or the venue.
In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, we will attempt to place you onto another course or make a full refund.
